SECTION 1: GENERAL QUESTIONS
Do you offer nutrition consulting?

Yes. KRAVE offers Nutrition Consulting. You can find more information about this under the "Nutrition" tab or click HERE.
Is it co-ed?

Yes. All KRAVE classes are co-ed classes.
I am not comfortable in a group setting, do you offer one-on-one training?

Yes. KRAVE offers one-on-one personal training. You can find more information about this under the "personal training" tab or click HERE.
I have knee issues, which classes would be best for me?

Instructors can make modifications around injuries. The best classes for you to take are yoga, or upper body focused classes. You can also do one on one personal training with a trainer to strengthen your knees.

Section 2: Waivers/Insurance

Will insurance cover the cost of taking any classes?

Most insurances do reimburse you for part or all of the cost. Just print & send receipt. If you need more detailed information please email ikravefitness@gmail.com
Section 3: Classes

What levels are the classes for?

Bootcamps are intermediate to advanced, and all other classes offer modifications for all levels.
How many people are in each class?

The number of people can range weekly, it depends how many sign up for the class. Classes usually have between 3-12 people, depending on the week and the popularity of the class.
I have to cancel my class, will I get charged? Do I have to tell someone?

If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, you will get charged. Any cancellation 48 hours or more in advance, is considered an early cancel and you will not lose a class off of your card/membership. You do not have to tell someone.
Do classes change sporadically?

No. Our class schedule is consistent. We will make you aware of any changes in advance. We update our class schedule every few months/ every season. The changes will be posted on our website.

If I am running late can I still come in?

Yes. Please let us know though. This way they can let the instructor know that they are expecting someone else.
Section 4: Studio & Clothing
What do I wear?

Comfortable clothing- anything you can move in. (yoga pants, shorts, t-shirts, tank tops, clean bottomed sneakers)
Can I buy water or rent a yoga mat there?

Yes. You can buy water for $1 and/or rent a yoga mat for $1. If you decide to come more than a few times, we highly suggest buying your own yoga mat.
What kind of shoes should I wear for class?

Clean bottomed sneakers. Our yoga and barre classes do require barre socks.
Section 5: Barre
What kind of shoes should I wear for barre?

We recommend barre socks which we sell here for $15 otherwise regular socks are fine for barre classes.
Do I need previous dance experience for barre?

No. Although previous dance experience is helpful, you do not need to have previous experience to take the class.
