3/4 cup almond flour
1/2 cup chocolate protein
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
Add all ingredients together and mix until combined. Scooped it all into a big ziploc bag and cut the end to pipe into donut mold. (Used silicon donut mold) You can also just use a spoon. Makes 6 donuts.
1 scoop of coconut protein powder (used tone it up brand can find at target)
1/2 cup almond milk
2 Tsp coconut oil
Whisk together protein and almond milk.
Then add 2 TSP coconut oil. Heat in the microwave for 10 seconds to melt.
To get the desired consistency you like, slowly add more little splashes of almond milk and continue whisking. Spread on cooled donuts like you would frost a cake. Dunking may work too. Top with coconut flakes.
