Intro to Pilates, Intro to Yoga, Intro to Barre, Intro to Boxing
BURN: KRAVE MUSCLE & CONDITIONING: This combo class is based in a circuit, pyramid, intervals and many more group fitness workouts guaranteed to burn fat and sculpt lean muscles. Modifications for all levels. You will challenge every muscle group and improve strength and endurance with exercises that build muscle while torching calories. Have fun with my toys-Bosu’s, dumbbells, resistance bands, jump ropes, plyo boxes, body bars etc! Krave that toned body!
PILATES MAT: All you need is a mat! This class focuses on your core and flexibility. Stretching is added in between exercises to give your core a little break! Great for those will injuries or new to Pilates. Advanced students don’t worry you will be sore as well! (mats available for $1 for use in studio)
PILATES & PROPS: Pilates with toys! Add in weighted pilates balls, discs, bosu balls, bands! Each class is different!
PILATES SCULPT-Focus on the core and add in some muscle sculpting movements! Instead of doing crunches after a muscle toning work out add the muscle in through out the ab work out! Tones front and back core and focus on upper or lower body muscle groups.
PILATES MOMMY & ME-This Pilates class is designed for Moms..or Dads who have the kids at home and want to have some healthy family fun! Be a good role model and teach your child good habits that will last a life time while spending quality time with them. Child should be able to walk ages 2 and up.
YOGALATIES-A class that combines yoga and pilates poses and flows. Great for those familiar with yoga, but not with pilates – or vice versa! This is a wonderful place to transition from yoga to pilates or pilates to yoga and you will feel the burn! Lots of core work and stretching.
SCULPT BARRE-Sculpt Barre is a 50 minute class designed to tone and lengthen your body. We start with simple yet effective muscle toning then combine simple ballet bar movements with some fat burning cardio and sculpting exercises.Lengthen and straighten those legs! Abs and stretch at the end!
YOGA-FU-Created for all levels. This class is a mixture of vinyasa flow, kripalu yoga and a little bit of kung fu. Try something new!
CARDIO YOGA-Yoga on a Starbucks Venti Latte! Think down dog to 30 second mountain climber intervals! For those who have a hard time flowing through an entire yoga class this will keep your mind from wandering and you will burn calories!
ROCK ‘N ROLL YOGA SCULPT-Yoga with rock ‘n roll music and free weights. 2 and 3 pound dumbbells are added to a yoga flow class to tone and challenge your muscle and your mind!
CREATIVE KRIPALU FLOW-Some classes you will learn to yoga-huula, others you will focus on breathing, some will involve Kriplau dance. A great class for beginners or advanced, catered to your needs with a little spice.
POWER YOGA-An all levels athletic style of yoga where poses move from one to another in a flow sequence aligned with breathwork, modifications provided for those working through an injury or lacking flexibility.

KICKBOXING/KEMPO-A cardio work out that will kick that butt into shape! Learn kickboxing cardio moves and sequences while burning off some steam. This heart pumping class will be sure to get you pumped up and torch calories while having fun! Bring any pent up aggression!
P90X (BOOT CAMP/TOTAL BODY BURN)-P90X comes to life with instructor led classes who are certified in P90X. Come to a Boot Camp for muscle conditioning mixed with cardio bursts or add an evening of total body with free weights, body bars and resista cords. You have seen the infomercials, now come try it LIVE!
PLYO-A heart pumping, hard core 45 minutes consisting of various plyo exercises. Not for the faint of heart.
CARDIO FIGHT-This circuit style class uses MMA training fighting exercises to get you into your fighter shape. Use the heavy bag, kick bag, jump ropes, and other UFC fighter’s fave toys!
SAMBO ADULT-Sambo is built from 3 parts: the sportive part, (Olympic sport) the self-defense part and the special or combat part. The sportive part is similar to Judo but with some differences in allowed techniques. SAMBO allows leg locks where Judo does not, but Judo allows choking but SAMBO does not. Students also learn strategy and tactics of fighting alone or in groups against single or multiple opponents.
ADULT FITNESS MMA- Expect a lot of sweating as you get an idea of how hard these athletes train. A typical Class starts with a cardio workout to get the heart rate up, followed by strength training and shadowboxing. You will rotate through kicking, boxing, and ground drills designed to simulate the short, intense rounds of an MMA match. The cardio warm-ups pick up your heart rate and help burn those extra pounds, while pushups, squats, and abdominal work facilitatedefinition and muscle tone. The intense combat drills test your physical and mental stamina, improving endurance and athleticism.
FITNESS MMA FOR KIDS-Similar to Adult Fitness MMA but taken down a level for kids and time spent teaching technique for the many different forms of MMA. Your kids will sweat and learn self defense while having fun.
JUDO ADULT-students will learn the basics of posture, footwork, falling techniques, theories, history, throwing, pinning and choking.
JUDO CARDIO KIDS-Learn the techniques of Judo in a safe environment and add in some energy burning cardio moves!
FIGHTER TECHNIQUES-This class will include a warm up, cardio, lesson and lesson application. BEGINNER-Students will learn the fundamentals of the human weapon through prop based training. Boxing, Tae Kwon Do and Muay Thai. Once a student is proficient in all 3 of these styles they will move to the INTERMEDIATE class-Students will fine tune their skills in each area. Students will learn how to block, juke, foot speed and skill and will be able to attend open mat sparring.
JITZ-Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art, combat sport, and a self defense system that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting. The art was derived from the Japanese martial art of Kodokan judo (which itself is derived from Japanese Jujutsu) in the early 20th century. It teaches that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger assailant by using leverage and proper technique – most notably by applying joint-locks and choke holds to defeat the other person
KIDS CIRCUIT-Want to instill healthy habits and give some of that non-stopping energy a place to go? Take away the video games, the cell phones and add in some kid friendly exercise fun! Athletic drills, games, team building, leadership building skills and most important physical activity! *Part of the normal pricing for specialty classes.
BOOIAKA GROOVE-Mix hip hop, Reggaeton, Brazilian and African dance to create a 50-minute non-stop dance routine! Shake those hips and shake off those calories. The new work out taking over some of the Zumba die hards!
ZUMBA-Zumba combines Latin and International music with a fun and effective workout system. Sweat and groove with a lil’ hip shakin’!

BOOT CAMP:This is an intense 45 minutes creative class including but not limited to cardio and strength intervals, athletic drills, supersets, spot drills and core conditioning. Class structure will vary so you will never get bored! Get out of bed, throw on those sweats and start sweating so you will be done for the day! 6wks
WINTER 2012-2013 P90X Boot Camps at 6:15-7am will be drop in, typically these are 30 day, 3 mornings a week plus sunday morning pre-registered programs. $129/pp
SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING-Specializing in weight loss! Athletic drills, cardio bursts, abs and stretch at the end. Max 6 people to make sure you get one on one attention with out the one on one price! 6wks.
